They have evolved and today already welcome new users as well as new forms of mobility which call for sharing the road and cohabitation of modes. Road maintenance and upkeep will also have to integrate more sustainable techniques and processes to minimize the impact on the environment.
The development of infrastructure must therefore be based on global reflection involving local authorities, manufacturers and users.
